Did you know the FAFSA is a very easy form to fill out?
Here are some time saving tips of what to prepare to file for your Student Grant Money:
(1) Get your documents ready - social security number, driver's license, income tax returns (if any), bank statements and investment records.
(2) Print a FAFSA on the Web Worksheet. We provide you one here.
(3) Plan on how you will sign the FAFSA - your two options are to get an electronic PIN or mail your signature form in. You can apply for your PIN here.
(4) Be aware of student DEADLINES - Applications for FAFSA begin on January 1 of every year. You should also check your state deadlines because they have more Financial Aid money you can get and each state is different.
Don't forget there is a lot more available grant and scholarship money out there than just Federal Grant money so don't stop just with the FAFSA.
